All Le Gall butters are produced exclusively by churning. This traditional way of making butter allows the cream to be churned and blended slowly to give outstanding results. It’s an essential part of the production process which at Le Gall Dairy lies in the hands of our Master Buttermakers who guarantee the supreme quality of our butter.

Le Gall’s “fleurette” cream is matured over many long hours using natural lactic starters which give it a distinctive taste and makes it perfect for cooking. It’s a firm favourite with all our customers, whether they be Michelin-starred chefs, community groups or the general public.
